- 100 years ago, 1912 (Photo caption) This picture shows the southeast slope of the Brann property on which the Androscoggin Anti-Tuberculosis Association has a short option for purchase for camp work this spring. It shows part of the big orchard and th e white house and big barn located on Park Avenue, Auburn. The barn has a fine double-walled cellar under it and is in fine shape for remodeling later into sleeping quarters for patients or for administrative headquarters. The property has the loveliest bit of woodland and pine timber, odorous and health-giving." [SOURCE: "Looking Back on April 14, 2012." Sun Journal, Apr 14, 2012.
