Joshua DuBois served in the Obama administration as director of the Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships 2009 to 2013. Prior to the years of the Obama presidency, DuBois worked as an aide in the U.S. House of Representatives and in Bara ck Obama's office in the United States Senate. DuBois also worked on the Obama 2008 presidential campaign's outreach to faith-based institutions and religious communities. After leaving the Obama White House, DuBois published a collection of devotionals entitled "The President's Devotional: The Daily Readings That Inspired President Obama"
