Chopra outlines the creation of the CTO position in the White House, and its relationship to existing bodies such as the Office of Science and Technology Policy. Chopra also provides details about initiatives with which he was closely involved, including the proposal of universal broadband infrastructure in the 2011 State of the Union Address, and the development of healthcare.gov.
