Both recall the time when their sister won a scholarship awarded by the radio station to study in the United States. Then, the two reflect on the problems of working in the sugar cane harvest in a sugar-producing town and the "down times", that is, the times when there was no sugar cane to harvest. In the second session, the sisters discuss racial segregation in Cuba. Angela recalls her visit to the United States, where she witnessed racist situations in buses. They discuss tourism in Cuba, making comparisons between the pre-revolutionary and post-revolutionary periods. Then, Angela and Elsa discuss university militancy, participation in the Communist Party, political prisoners during the Batista dictatorship, and her family's militancy. Angela describes her husband's activities while in Mozambique. The two then discuss the empowerment of women in the revolutionary period and the actions of the Federation of Cuban Women to provide job opportunities for women prostitutes. In the third session, Angela and Elsa discuss the militia and war training received by men and women and the use of weapons. They also continue to discuss the actions of the Federation of Cuban Women, especially the creation of the Children's Circles and maternity leave. Angela and Elsa compare how life is in Havana and in Santa Clara. Ángela comments on how she managed to get her grandson to study to become a dancer and describes his life as a migrant in Ecuador. They discuss the possibility of exchanging homes. Then, the sisters describe what quinceañera parties are like on the island. In the last session, Angela and Elsa discuss the Cuban electoral system. Ambas dialogan sobre la posibilidad de permutar viviendas. Luego, las hermanas describen cómo son las fiestas de quince años en la isla. En la última sesión, Ángela y Elsa discuten el sistema electoral cubano. Ángela dialoga sobre el rol de su esposo como delegado
