Note (Biographical)
Abderrazek Ben Khalifa is a magistrate, judge and politician. In 2014, he was appointed by Mehdi Jomaa as Secretary of State for Local and Regional Government. Before that, from 2012 to 2013, he was governor of Bizerte and then governor of Tunis. From 2011 to 2012, he served as the second vice president of the Financial Market Council, and from 1997 to 2011 he was an administrative judge. From 1992 to 1997, he was the secretary for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
