- In the first session, Richard Maroko speaks about the impact of COVID-19 on workers and the labor movement, and how it has impacted his work. He talks about his family and analyzes the sense of community arose as a response to the pandemic. In the second session, Maroko speaks about about his experience of having COVID-19. He also describes how he became the president of the Hotel and Gaming Trades Council, AFL-CIO. He also touches upon the Black Lives Movement and political situation in the country
