Abstract
Charles Anthon is depicted wearing a morning coat and carrying a top hat and cane. Anthon, A.B. 1815, L.L.D. 1831, was Adjunct Professor of Greek and Latin from 1820 to 1830, Jay Professor of Greek and Latin from 1830 to 1857, and Jay Professor of Greek from 1857 to his death in 1867.
