- Some initials with pen and ink drolleries; simple historiated initial, f. 18, of St. Clare holding crozier and chalice. Bound in half roan over pasteboards, 19th century.
- Written in Flanders in 1351 and intended for use in a convent of Poor Clares as shown by feminine forms throughout and by the emphasis on SS. Clare of Assisi and Francis of Assisi.
