Final part of the clip (of the host playing songs) takes place about a week after the 1972 presidential election, which occurred on November 7, 1972. "Sweet Virginia" by the Rolling Stones plays. "Acute Schizophrenia Paranoi a Blues" by the Kinks plays. "You Can't Always Get What You Want" by the Rolling Stones plays.
