He recalls working in coffee and sugar cane fields. He discusses the 9/11 attacks. He describes all the things he lost as a result of Hurricane María. He compares the help he received from the US government to the one he got from the Puerto Rican government. He discusses a programmed back surgery he will be having soon and how it slows down the construction of his new house. Bonilla Rodríguez discusses fondly the help he has received from his neighbors in the reconstruction of his home. He reflects on the fact that even though Hurricane María was a climatic disaster, he got to build a house out of cement, which is better than the one he used to have. He comments on his relationship with agriculture. In the second session, Bonilla Rodríguez is recovering from his back surgery. He discusses his family and his childhood. He then recalls how he met his wife. Bonilla Rodríguez describes what happened when Hurricane María started to hit his house. He recalls helping out an older neighbor, Yinda, whose house was filled with water. In the final session, Bonilla Rodríguez comments on the help he is receiving from his family in order to reconstruct his house. He describes how the construction is going. Finally, he recalls a childhood experience in which he fell out of a tree and was severely injured. Miriam Latorre Vega, Bonilla Rodríguez's wife, is present throughout the whole interview En la primera sesión, Bonilla Rodríguez recuerda cómo se construyó la casa de su familia con madera.
