Grace Kennan Warnecke has had a multi-faceted career as an NGO leader, foundation executive, small business development expert, writer, and photographer. She has studied Russian History and literature at Radcliffe College, founded the Volkhov Internat ional Small Business Incubator in Russia, and served as director of the Alliance of American and Russian Women, the Executive Vice President of the Women's Economic Empowerment project, and Ukraine Country Director for Winrock International. She currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the National Committee on American Foreign Policy, and is outgoing chair of the National Advisory Council at Harriman
