Abstract
This book confronts Arun Shourie’s attempt to discredit Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s legacy. It critiques the political hypocrisy of leaders like Savarkar, Golwalkar, and Shyama Prasad Mukherjee who are often celebrated as freedom fighters despite their alignment with colonial powers. The book highlights Shourie’s fear of revolutionary movements inspired by Phule, Shahu, and Ambedkar, which challenge entren ched caste, religious, and social inequalities. The text argues that Shourie’s opposition to these ideas stems from a desire to uphold Brahminical and capitalist power structures, fearing that such movements could dismantle the existing political order.
