This first session with Haseeb Asim was conducted after New York was had gone past its peak in a wave of COVID-19 infections. He comments on experiences with the pandemic in New York and Pakistan. In the second interview, Asim was in the second semester of his Master's in Data Analytics at Columbia University, and he discusses his life at this juncture in his studies. Haseeb Asim is from Lahore in Pakistan. He received his Bachelor's degree at Lahore University of Management Sciences before moving to Karachi in Pakistan to run his family's business. After this, he moved to New York to pursue a Master’s degree in Ap plied Analytics at Columbia University
