Satyashodhak Jagar has published this special issue on a counter-cultural, anticaste Marathi literary festival called Vidrohi Sahitya Sammelan which mirrors the equalitarian ideals embedded in Buddhist, Phuleite, and Ambedkarite thought. It opposes mainstream Brahmanical literary festivals, critiquing them for their casteist structures, and instead fosters an egalitarian, anticaste literary space r ooted in social justice and cultural resistance.
