- Note reads: "Dear Our guests: Tomorrow, July 6, is the 'Trongla Yersol' which is a Tibetan traditional festival. According to the regulations of TTB [Tibetan Tourism Bureau] and PSB [Public Security Bureau], foreigners are not allowed to take part in this festival, if any problems will be happened with you, our hotel will not be able to response. Best regards, Snowland Hotel 6 July '96"
