In foreground the canyon of Broadway, with signs reading "Boot- / legger Paradise padlocked" - "Gay Cafe closed by Andy Volstead" - "Grand clean- / up, N.Y. Police" and many more. Also Woolworth Building, with sign:"For exci- / tement visit the Woolworth Tower between Nominations."
