Quincy Blair was born in Harlem, New York City. He graduated from Eagle Academy for Young Men of Harlem high school, class of 2020. He attends Lycoming College, and he is part of the graduating class of 2024. Quincy is the president of the Iota-Beta C hapter of Lambda Chi Alpha
