- Abstract
- The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace established its Paris office, Le Centre Européen de la Dotation Carnegie pour la Paix Internationale, as part of its Division of Intercourse and Education in 1912. The Centre was founded with an Advisory Council composed of representative and distinguished statesmen and public leaders of Europe and Asia. Baron d'Estournelles de Constant served as Presi dent of the Advisory Council from its formation until his death in 1924.
