The new school at Old Concord, Pa., which is to have full use of the $370 acres of farm land deeded to it by the Misses Jennie and Elizabeth Rogers and their brother, Milton B. Rogers, has taken the name of the Institute of Practical Arts for Immigran ts and Their Children. Additional gifts for the establishment of the institute are being received by the treasurer, O.F.N. Bert, Washington, Pa., professor of mathematics in Washington and Jefferson College. Among members of the advisory board are Charles Stelzle, Dr. Edward A. Steiner and Dr. John A.
