Abstract
Sends Washington several acts of Congress: 1. April 3, for trying General Arnold. 2. April 9, appointment of four lieutenants in Colonel Harrison's regiment. 3. April 9, granting 12 months pay to Monsieur De Bois for his voyage to France and a resolve that he is no longer an officer in the American army. 4. April 10, explaining the order of Congress of Feb. 20 by which the proceedings of the Court Martial held at Fort Pitt on Colonel Steele were sent to General Washington. 5. April 3, appointing Monsieur L'Enfant a captain in the corps of Engineers.
