- Sends Jay a copy of a report of James Read, Sec. to the Agent of the Marine, on the case of Rousille: Rousille should get in touch with his agent who presumably in this case would Capt. Tucker the captain of the ship in order to present his claim for part of the prize money taken while he was a captive. If R. has any claim against the Marine before 1 Jan. 1782 it should be exhibited to Joseph Penne ll.
