- Wants the extradition of Longchamp. Certain persons have tried through the newspapers to stir the people up in Philadelphia against French. The attacks also printed in the papers of New York French friendship for America is inviolable and Francois, Marquis de Barbe-Marbois confides in the belief that Congress has the same sentiments.
