- Abstract
- Sends Gardoqui papers on the complaints of Pollock and Beveridge about their treatment in Havana. The U.S. was glad to hear of the relief afforded suffering Americans at the Havana when G. and Galvez arrived there and it was probably such as removed the cause of complaint stated in these papers. Would like to know if these grievances have been redressed.
