Abstract
Concerns Franklin's letter of 27 June. Jay finds that enclosures mentioned in letter-a letter from Mr. Blunt and certificate from John Paul Jones in favor of John Jackson were not enclosed. Papers concerning Limozin and Milliet were enclosed. Cannot learn if anything has been done for Jackson in consequence of Jones' promise.
