They have also removed the clause for drying fish on Cape Sables and on shores of Nova Scotia. The form of the treaty reworked. Hopes the Americas will extend Nova Scotia to Penobscot. The treaty turns on the loyalist problem. If it fails now it will be debated in Parliament. Sends a copy of the treaty which Oswald can sign.
