- Abstract
- His petition has been received, but is returned as the Governor does not feel it proper that he present in to the legislature. Suggests that Schermerhorn forward it directly to the legislature. Grievances which law courts can redress should be brought to their attention. That grievance which governor is asked to relieve, should be specified in greater detail.
