- Abstract
- Agrees with suggestion in their letter of January 4th, that a Court of Oyer and Terminer should be held for Albany County. However because the Supreme Court is about to commence its term at New York, and one of the judges sits on the Council of Revision, John Jay will not issue Oyer and Terminer commission until after the approaching term of the Supreme Court.
