Abstract
Is in receipt of King's letter informing him that several vacancies in his regiment have been repeatedly neglected to be filled. This information will be communicated to the Adjutant General immediately upon his return to town. Jay is glad of this information as he wishes to keep the state militia on a respectable footing.
