Abstract
Acknowledges receipt of 12 and 14 March with enclosures. Washington has transmitted Colonel Wigglesworth's certificate to him, and has published parts of the Congressional resolution of 5 March. Washington encloses a memorial addressed to him by Colonel Jackson on behalf of the officers, and soldiers of Henley's Lee's and Jackson's regiments, now under Colonel Jackson, as well as the proceedings of the court martial of Colonel [Archibald] Steele held at Fort Pitt.
