- Abstract
- Acknowledges receipt of 2 and 5 February, with the Congressional resolutions of and 4 February enclosed. The infantry of Pulaski's legion has been ordered from Minisink to Lancaster. In response to the resolution of 4 February, Count Pulaski and Colonel Armand have been informed of the terms on which recruits are to be obtained to complete their infantries. But congress must provide Pulaski and Arm and with the authority to recruit within any state. In hand of Tench Tilghman.
