- Abstract
- Documents in Chancery Court action of Joseph Roberjott v. Sampson Simson, administrator of Joseph La Fargue. Complaint of Roberjott. Joseph Roberjott enters an action against Samson Simson for the amount of 675 pounds owed to Roberjott by the deceased Joseph La Fargue of whose estate Simson is the executor. Simson so far has refused the payment. Roberjott asks for a subpoena commanding the said Sim son to pay him the amount he asks for. Jay acted as solicitor for the complainant.
