Abstract
The Committee having trouble arming the New York troops. Ask Congress to direct that a number of good muskets housed in the courthouses of New Jersey be cleaned and sent to places on the Hudson River for distribution to New York troops. Commends the work of Peter T. Curtenius, the Commissary of New York.
