Abstract
Have recommended moderate terms to accommodate the differences between the colonies and Britain. Sending results of their deliberations on the question of taxation. All of this is subjected to the judgment of the delegates. A fear that this contest for liberty may degenerate into one for power by wicked and designing men. Hopeful for some terms that w ill end the effusion of blood and bring peace again to the colonies.
