- Abstract
- Protests the publication of the letter of Sullivan, and the delivery of a copy to his door. The letter, stating that since Spain has rejected his services the writer will join forces with the American settlers west of the Alleghenies, is a threat to sweep the Spaniards out of the Mississippi Valley, unless Gardoqui will negotiate.
