- Abstract
- Objects to continued assignment to the Southern circuit, which required considerable travel. Rotation of circuits would produce but little inconvenience in the disposition of causes, yet would restore equality to the Justice's work load. Another reason Iredell cannot serve on the southern circuit, is that a case involving an estate under his administration is now pending. State judges have refused obedience to the writ of certiorari issued by District Court.
