This set consists of 18 drawings, graphite on tracing paper; 6 drawings, ink on linen; 2 drawings, ink and graphite on linen; 2 drawings, graphite on paper; 1 drawing, ink with ink wash applied to the verso on cloth; and 1 drawing, ink with crayon on cloth.
Because of the lengthy period of careful maintenance and restoration by the present owners, Mr. and Mrs. Max Hill, the structure has, in recent years, been frequently identified as the Blacker-Hill house" -- Greene & Greene, architecture as a fine art , by Randell L.
