Because of the lengthy period of careful maintenance and restoration by the present owners, Mr. and Mrs. Max Hill, the structure has, in recent years, been frequently identified as the Blacker-Hill house" -- Greene & Greene, architecture as a fine art , by Randell L. Makinson, Salt Lake City, Peregrine Smith, 1977, p. 150.
This set consists of 8 ink drawings on linen, 7 ink drawings with ink wash applied to the verso on lien, 4 brownline prints on paper, 3 ink drawings with graphite and also with ink wash applied to the verso, 2 positive reduced photostats on paper, 2 i nk drawings with graphite on linen, 2 graphite drawings with crayon on tracing paper, 1 ink drawing with colored pencil on paper, 1 graphite drawing on tracing paper, 1 brownline print with graphite on paper, and 1 blueprint on paper.
