House originally designed in 1909 (see aviador record). Inventory states that this set of drawings "precedes 'addition to garage, job #374'" which is dated 1917.
This set consists of 4 pencil drawings on tracing paper, 1 pencil and crayon drawing on tracing paper, and 1 pencil and ink and crayon drawingon tracing paper.
The house was moved from its original location at 666 S. Berendo Street, Los Angeles, in 1923 [to] 910 N. Bedford Drive, Beverly Hills" -- Greene & Greene, architecture as a fine art, by Randell L. Makinson, Salt Lake City, Peregrine Smith, 1977. p. 1 84. It is unclear whether the garage was also moved.
