- Abstract
- Urges New York to make greater efforts to raise troops. A continental currency being formed and New York will be supplied with a sum adequate to its expenses. If necessary, give bounties at the expense of the province or by advancing it on the credit of their pay. 50 casks of powder being sent from Philadelphia to Dobbs Ferry from where it is to be taken to Ticonderoga and Crown Point.
