- Abstract
- Encloses a letter from the delegates of Maryland asking NY's aid in defense. The delegates from NY wish to know if the state of the NY artillery would make it possible to aid Maryland. Maryland supported the case of the NY tea merchants and also offered to supply us with their scanty supply of powder.
