- Abstract
- All disputes over the eastern boundary should be settled as soon as possible. Adams should be sent all the papers and instructed to press for a commission to settle the line. Each party shall name half. They shall take an oath of impartiality. The majority of the whole shall be a quorum. Both parties shall have access to public records of the other. A report to be made in three months. All transfer s of territory shall be made within six months of the decision concerning them.
