- Abstract
- The Episcopal clergy here are pleased with Adams' presentation of the petition on their behalf and its reception. Bishops not very important to our salvation yet hopes the petition will succeed. We do not want Mr. Seabury who is not friendly to our independence and civil rights to have so much power here.
