- Abstract
- General Sullivan has written complaining that his order for clothing has not been honored. We have ordered what clothing we have available sent to him. We did send 2000 pairs of overalls at Washington's request. He was also supplied with some shoes. Some shirts sent which could not have arrived when he wrote his last complaint. His requests are so general and exaggerated that it is impossible to de termine what he actually needs.
