Abstract
Cannot accept an office unless it is remunerative. The position he suggested, that is as legal adviser to the judges of the Courts of Common Pleas, has not become available because the DeLancey party in the Assembly has opposed the proposal. None of the judges are acting in a manner contrary to Vardill's interests.
