- Abstract
- Asks Van S. to make out an affidavit that his father survived Mrs. Peloquin in order to recover a legacy left by her to him. Left at Bristol the letters of attorney in virtue of which he expects to receive the legacies due to his sister and brother. Benson is one of the witnesses to them and wants Van S. to identify his handwriting.
