Commissions have arrived in conformity to the resolutions of last May.
Ogden has arrived with news of the signing of the definitive treaty. Mr. Morris has
drawn so many bills upon bankers in Amsterdam that a number have been protested for "Non
Acceptance: So that if Mr Grand cannot assist in preventing the Protest for Non-Payment
the Catastrophe must now come. This you will not mention at present."
