Has determined to sell enough of his land in America to discharge the arrears of Quit Rent and is sending Mr. Van Alen a letter of attorney for that purpose and to empower him to grant leases as well. Would like to know how much the sale of the estate would bring and how much the expenses would be in keeping it.
