Abstract:
Illness and business make it unlikely he will be able to attend the Supreme Court term in February. Is now willing to take the Southern circuit, but requests another judge attend in North Carolina, where a number of causes are pending in which he is a party. Suggests that Supreme Court term be changed to January 1st, a much more certain time for travel to the north. Very few Genet men in North Carolina. 2 page manuscript with 2 page transcription.
