- Abstract
- Please send glass by the most expeditious means, as his windows are ready to receive it. Discontents of Ireland do not seem likely to affect the peace of Europe, but they may affect the policies of England. America's affairs are becoming more stable, but there is growing sentiment that commerce must be regulated uniformly. Dr. Franklin heads the Pennsylvania government, which is rent with factions he will find it difficult to reconcile.
