Abstract:
Transmits act of Congress from July 24th, which states that they will repair the American house in The Hague and allow Dumas to live in it, and the Board of Treasury will give him a regular salary. Also encloses congressional ordinance about governance of its western territory, the ratification of the Morocco treaty and some newspapers. Gave Congress the letters of DumasÆ that were received.
